Position: RPA Lead
Location : Atlanta, GA

Job Description:
Analyzing and understanding the business processes.
Should have experience in Blue Prism.
Identifying and communicating the technical software requirements.
Designing automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
Configuring new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Creating and maintaining solution documentation.
Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases Supporting the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases Once new skills of Blue Prism & Automation Anywhere technology are fully adopted, the person will mentor and support the colleagues as well as client team on the same.

Responsibilities: * Actively participate in the execution of client engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards * Help customers establish RPA reference architecture, enterprise integration, and a maturity model * Assist customers in integrating RPA tools with application access solutions such as Single Sign On, Active Directory and/or CyberArk * Ability to create technical and process documentation * Develop business requirements for the implementation of future state automation capabilities * Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our Digital Enablement Practice methodologies and intellectual capital including publishing articles, whitepapers, or performing research in support of TPI initiatives Qualifications: * A minimum of three years of experience in technology project management, business process, process delivery and/or information systems within an audit, tax, and/or advisory firm * Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Engineering, Science, or other quantitative discipline with specialization from an accredited college or university * Experience with process automation modeling/scripting with tools such as BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath, and Work Fusion * Familiarity with .Net, R, Python, SQL, Java or JavaScript, and application API development and certification in one or more of BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath, and Work Fusion is a plus * Experience with Data Analytics, Cognitive / AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) with preference given for industry experience * Travel may be up to 80-100% * Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
