Position available in Melville, NY or Davison, NC.

BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:

This person will serve as a partner with business representatives to identify needs, define, prioritize and document requirements for solutions to address business opportunities.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and foster relationships with business users regarding Robotic Process Automation (RPA) related support, inquiries and requests.

  • Assesses problems and solutions from a business perspective with a focus on what the customer really needs.

  • Provides accurate timeline estimates for proposed solutions and takes ownership of those estimates.

  • Addresses daily support issues with urgency and ensure that resolutions are meant to solve the root of the problem.

  • Ensure project activities are delivered with high quality and on time.

  • Support business requests to provide business process solutions that increase capabilities, productivity, accuracy and/or efficiencies utilizing the UiPath platform and solutions.

  • Lead business requirements meetings, participate in technical requirements discussions/meetings.

  • Create functional business requirement documents.

  • Capture business requirements / user stories.

  • Document and execute QA test scripts.

  • Keep abreast of new UiPath features and functionality using this knowledge to update end users.

  • Knowledge of dependencies in requirements that may influence other Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

  • Participation on large engagements in a targeted / support role.

  • Perform other related duties as required

  • Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC's vision and unity of purpose.

  • Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration or equivalent degree, certification or work experience is required.

  • Two years of formal system development life cycle experience is preferred.

  • Experience working in the UiPath platform is preferred, but not required.

  • General business experience including sales, distribution and warehouse is preferred.

  • Experience with implementing cloud based and on premise business software solutions preferred.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are required.

  • Project management skills preferred.

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint is required.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities required.

  • Ability to see the "big picture" while managing several small projects.

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 5% of the time may be required.
