We are seeking an RPA Developer to work with business process owners to analyze, document and transform existing processes into robotic process automated solutions (RPA) that drive operational efficiencies.
In addition, partner with cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders to embrace and adopt robotic process automation and next-in-class technologies such as machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Major Responsibilities in this role include:
Providing a strong level of experience and knowledge of RPA technology and associated methodology in order to support the business in automating manual processes with high automation potential
Working closely with business process owners and users to analyze and document business practices and processes, review designs and implement user acceptance testing
Configuring new automation processes using workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easily understood
Configuring commands or write script to execute the tasks or processes as specified in requirements and design documents; review incremental progress with a process subject matter expert to validate functionality
Completing end-to-end functionality testing with test data; validate functionality testing and results with subject matter experts
Communicating and escalating software-related issues to RPA vendors, suggesting improvements and interacting with other third-party resources
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or information technology studies
Experience with business analysis, process improvement or value stream mapping
Experience working with Automation Anywhere; certification in Automation Anywhere preferred (other PRA product experience will be considered)
Strong understanding of programming concepts, gathering requirements, process design and development lifecycle
Experience through all phases of the technology life cycle including project planning, requirements definition, architecture design, build/configuration, testing and operational transition
