Your role in our mission Ensure the design, development, and test automation workflows of the Robotic Process Automations support efficient and effective management of the program and satisfy regulatory requirements and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) directives Confer with stakeholders to identify needs and/or recommend solutions; evaluates existing systems and makes recommendation for best approach solutions Assess a project's impact on people, processes, and tools within the organization Actively participate in requirements gathering. Gain an understanding of functional specifications, capture business requirements and translate them into robotic process automations Write, review, and maintain well-defined automation test scripts using test automation tools Perform all aspects of verification, including integration testing, functional testing, and regression testing. Develop and implement well-defined test scenarios Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of RPA solutions Create process and end-user documentation Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes) Participate in production validation and support as needed Manage defect tracking and provide informative updates as requested and provide emergency support for bots running after hours, as necessary What we're looking for 5 or more years of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Development Experience 2 or more years' experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java or Python preferred) Automation experience with UiPath software or similar RPA software Excellent understanding of industry standard testing/development and QA methodologies Support the analysis of internal information technology capacity, and business processes to suggest improvements, propose automation, and streamline business intelligence and decision processes What you should expect in this role United States, Puerto Rico remote opportunity Candidate selected must work EST time zone Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation The Deadline to submit applications for this posting is October 21, 2024 LI-IP1 LI-REMOTE The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
