Role Overview

  • Participates in design sessions with business process owners to provide technical direction on design considerations for development, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and reusability

  • Responsible for the successful deployment planning, implementation and sustainability of the client's RPA initiative

  • Assist the cross-functional team that is responsible for the agreed-upon business outcomes

  • Primary focus on development and configuration of automation processes per the technical design document to meet the defined requirements

  • Comply with design and coding standards, policies and procedures for every development effort


  • 2-3 years of programming experience (Java, .Net, Python, etc)

  • 1+ years of RPA development experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

  • Interested in intelligent automation market and cloud infrastructure technologies

  • UiPath Developer's Certification a plus


  • Lifelong learner mindset

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and management skills

  • Understanding of Agile SDLC

VIEW JOBS 8/11/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-11-09T00:00 Position Purpose: StoneX is seeking a Junior level RPA (robotics process automation) developer. This individual will help achieve the firm efficiencies in its day to day operations, as well as contribute to cost saving efforts. Primary Accountabilties/ Responsibilities: * Participates in identifying and scoping technical solutions for both front-end and back-end applications. * Reviewing system requests on behalf of business units, serving as a technical RPA expert. * Develop and support complex processes, forms, and reports to support client applications. * Reviews operational performance and processes to determine if improvements are needed. * Participates in creation of code documentation * Test automation scripts in different environments to ensure a robust end-product * Coordinate with areas for integration architecture solutions and determine the integration approach. * Maintain key development metrics for the support team and provide status information to the technical supervisor. * Resolve requests for assistance in troubleshooting issues escalated to the development team * This list of responsibilities may not be all-inclusive and can be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities as needed. Job Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or similar * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong experience in programming of 1-2 years with object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python) * Relevant internship is a plus. * 0-2 years' experience with SQL server (complex stored procedures) * UiPath RPA Developer Advanced Certification is desired. * Ability to correctly make decisions involving client issues/problems including and knowing when to escalate. * Process minded, problem-solving approach, attention to details * Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills * Excellent self-organization skills and ability to work autonomously based on the specification Physical requirements/Working conditions: * Climate controlled office environment * Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials * Dynamic, time-sensitive environment StoneX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
