The RPA Business Analyst II will work with stakeholders to collect requirements and assist in designing, documenting, and implementing process improvements using procedural methodology leveraging Salesforce, Robotic Process Automation, and other TreviPay tools. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Must exemplify TreviPay Mission and Values.

  • Facilitate meetings, interviews, and workshops designed to gather requirements and design solutions.

  • Welcome change and adapt positively to internal and external changes as well as driving change as needed.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiency by analyzing and documenting processes and assessing the feasibility of automation or improved user experiences.

  • Work closely with documentation specialists to document processes, release notes, and other project materials to support development, security, operations, and maintenance.

  • Complete assigned learning before the due date while actively participating in learning sessions.

  • Communicate with stakeholders during product development to confirm alignment with the design and expectations.

  • Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT.

  • Direct meetings, interviews, and workshops designed to gather requirements and design solutions.

  • Be a change agent by embracing change and influencing coworkers to positively adapt to change.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and driving solution design for improved efficiency by analyzing and documenting processes and assessing the feasibility of automation or improved user experiences.

  • Excellent time management skills to successfully plan and manage multiple projects.

  • Consistently present information for decision making purposes with little to no direction and escalate issues or improvement ideas to leadership appropriately.

  • Able to host informative and engaging demo sessions.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology-related major plus 2-4 years of experience or 4+ years of related work experience may be substituted for educational requirement.

  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows and provide clear reporting to share findings to all knowledge levels.

  • Thorough understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support, and maintenance.

  • Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience using RPA platforms, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent user of BI software such as Sisense, QlikSense, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Fluent user of flowcharting software (Lucidchart or Visio).

  • Clear understanding of SCRUM or Agile Project Management

  • Clear understanding of LEAN Six Sigma
