As a Roving Store Worker at the Fort Irwin 24 Hour Express, your focus will be preparing delicious food concept items for the best customers in the world! We encourage you to be your best every day, make friends, and create a supportive environment for our crew. You will also be responsible for providing expert customer service, preparing roller grill items and beverages, stocking supplies and merchandise, and handling other duties around the Fort Irwin Express store when needed.

• Greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way.

• Acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive at the register to let them know you'll be right with them.

• Listen to customer needs; ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer.

• Ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping.

• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation.
