Job Summary:

The Route Logistics Coordinator is the primary point of contact for customers and is responsible for optimizing routes, coordinating field operations activities, providing quality customer service and serving as a liaison for communication between customers and Brink's facilities. This position functions in an armed environment. This position requires the enforcement of rules to protect the premises and property of Brink's and its customers and in armored vehicles in transit, as well as the safety of persons on the premises of Brink's and its customers, including armored vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize route efficiencies

  • Respond promptly to internal and external customers and manufacturer inquiries to resolve issues and respond appropriately

  • Compare system routes with existing routes to identify gaps and areas for improvement

  • Accompany drivers en route to identify and remedy potential obstacles

  • Maintain and distribute procedures to field personnel

  • Educate field personnel on processes, changes and customer requirements

  • Conduct needs analysis for prospective new customers

  • Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatch, routing, transportation and/or logistics

  • Minimum of 21 years of age

  • A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements

  • A valid guard card or ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Process improvement experience

  • High school diploma or GED

Responsible for program and client-related documentation production, data analysis, and information handling. Provides internal coordination of activity required for executing placements and managing client interactions and queries. The Role The Business Support Coordinator supports a team of brokers by assisting with organization, daily operations, communication with clients and insurance markets, document creation for use with clients and insurance markets, assistance with compliance, systems data entry and other support tasks as required. Performance Objectives: * Work with brokers to provide day-to-day servicing of accounts, including: * Issuance of policies and endorsements * Assist in formulating submissions for insurance carriers * Assist with quote comparative spreadsheets * Issuance of compliance documentation * Assist and coordinate responses to RFP's * Organize internal, prospect and client meetings * Carry out surplus lines, market security, sanctions, and third party payment procedures * Maintain updated account list * Review and manage policy expiration list. * Learn and utilize WTW software and systems – ECLIPSE, RADAR * Add/renew policy record in ECLIPSE; upload required documentation throughout placement * Maintain client and prospect lists within CRM in large market, middle market and industry focus areas * Support invoicing of all Cargo accounts; follow up on invoicing and accounting inquiries * Process expenses for team for business travel The Requirements * High school diploma required. College degree preferred * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook * Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is helpful * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Excellent problem solving skills * Exceptional time management and organizational skills with a track record of success working against tight deadlines * Ability to work autonomously or within the team, while working towards tight deadlines * Must demonstrate attention to detail, with a high level focus on quality * Ability to conduct research * Understanding of required placement workflows * Must demonstrate core competency of Willis Towers Watson Values & Vision Equal Opportunity Employer/Vet/Disability Willis Towers Watson New York NY
