Specific duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts. It is the employee's responsibility to know their start times as they may vary depending on the needs of the route

• Supports the driver with the delivery of products to customers at agreed-upon times. Unloads products in a safe manner while paying attention to the quality of the product and the requirements of the customer.

• Assist drivers in assembling products, such as furniture, when necessary.

• Supports driver is navigating between deliveries, including watching for hazards while on the road.

• Perform any/all other tasks as assigned by management.

• Maintain a professional appearance.

• Must be able to problem-solve and adapt when offsite with a customer.

• Operate all equipment in accordance with company rules. Adheres to all local, state, and federal laws.

• Communicate with the Manager about equipment issues/needs.

• Communicate with the Manager about scheduling needs with at least 72-hour notice so the Manager can adjust future planning.

• Upon return to the dock, assist the driver in unloading the truck and properly disposing of debris. Check-in with management to complete any additional duties before departing.

• Skills/Qualifications: Must be able to pass a background check.
