Rough Framing Foreman

We are looking for one rough framing foreman who has excellent people and leadership skills and has interest in running a wood framed multi-family crew.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years framing experience
• Supervision of custom home & remodel framing
• Knowledge of home building, construction practices & procedures & building codes.
• Must be able to read blueprints to maintain accuracy & quality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Communicate effectively with team, subcontractors & suppliers
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Skills such as being able to accurately measure, pay close attention to detail & problem solving abilities.

Job Duties:

• Frame new construction, custom homes based on blueprints
• Enforce schedules & construction timelines
• Communicate project progress
• Other duties as requested
