If you think you are one of the best at what you do and want to join us on our journey to build the future and improve lives , then we'd love to hear from you Job Description About the role Building wooden structures, including walls, roofs and flooring according to design and blueprints Constructing window and door frames as well as staircases and flooring Ensure structural integrity of floors, walls, ceilings by blocking according to blueprints Identify deviations from design and troubleshoot manufacturing issues Work and provide relief and support to other production areas when needed.

Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards Year round, Steady Construction work performed at one location inside a factory in Berwick, PA Qualifications About you Minimum 3 years' experience in Rough Carpentry/Framing, over 5 years preferred Understand construction measurements and basic math Ability to read blueprints, easily understand materials and measurements from the prints and identify potential issues with materials.
