How you'll get to contribute: Lead all aspects of $500K - $3M design-build concrete, water, storm sewer, and sanitary line projects including earthwork and carpentry​​​​​​. You're an endlessly curious student of life, always seeking opportunities for self-improvement, ways to actively support the development of your team, and fresh approaches to drive company growth. You have 3 years of commercial construction experience in carpentry and/or concrete construction. You understand how to read blueprints and specifications to complete portions of a project.

Measure and marking out materials according to plans and specifications. Experience using hand and power tools safely. Ability to craft rough wooden structures as necessary Personal motivation to persevere through weather conditions that are not always ideal.

Ability to work hard and stay busy You know what you know, and you know what you don't. The collective success of your team is more important to you than your own personal achievements.​​​ Your leadership recipe calls for a generous portion of accountability, a dash of humor, and zero parts drama. You can pass a drug screen and have a valid driver's license.

Monday - Friday; 7:30 - 4:00 (start and end times may need to vary at times) What are some of the specific projects you do? We do commercial projects like laying sewer and sanitary pipes, running water lines, and lots of concrete work (sidewalks, curbs, roads, and decorative). We also move dirt and use GPS for grading.

What do you do in the winter? We can still pour concrete in the winter and there is plenty to do around the shop to keep people busy on slow days. We also use this time to train and develop.
