Job Summary

Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible. Pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets.

Organize and coordinate check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups. Review/Track/Accommodate requests for room/check-out changes when possible; communicate status to appropriate staff. Confirm reservations and cancellations.

Review out-of-order rooms daily. Ensure rates match market codes and document exceptions. Verify and adjust billing for guests.

File guest paperwork or documentation. Set up/process all guest check-ins/check-outs. Activate room keys.

Secure valid payment. Identify any over-commitments. Perform duplicate reservation checks; block rooms.

Run daily reports. Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.

Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Coordinate tasks and work with other departments. Serve as a departmental role model.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality assurance standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Enter and locate information using computers and/or POS systems. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Responsibilities To proactively monitor and/or control pipelines, plants, compressors, pressures, flows, tank levels, and alarms, recognizing and resolving issues by taking necessary action to handle both emergency and non-emergency situations. * Coordinate with Operations, Commercial Services, Commercial Marketing and Engineering regarding information on the pipeline system(s) * Maintain the integrity of the pipeline through remote control valve changes, instructing field personnel to make manual valve changes and starting and stopping compression or pumps as necessary * Monitor Alarms and system telemetry status * Build relationships both internally and externally by providing seamless communication * Accurately record and relay information as necessary. Communication can be verbal and/or written * Monitor Microsoft Excel system balance sheets * Ensure that nominations are met and pipeline imbalances are minimized. * Prepare and monitor daily and monthly reports * Comply with all state and federal regulations * Keep co-workers and gas control management aware of pipeline issues and activities Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED, required * 3+ years of industry experience – preferably in gas control or field operations * Problem Solving * Timely Decision making * Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills * Must speak Fluent English * Time Management * Ability to work a rotating 12-hour day/night shift; (including weekends and holidays) * Must work well in a team environment. * Must have computer skills * Valid driver's license * Must pass pre-employment drug screen and is subject to random drug testing * Must live within a reasonable distance of work location * Must be able to visually monitor several computer screens in a control room environment for twelve (12) hour shifts. Must maintain a high level of mental alertness and be capable of quickly processing and reacting to incoming information from the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System. Response time is very critical * Must pass pre-employment background, which includes driving record * New employee will be required to attend a one-week safety training session on week 2 of employment.
