Room Service Coordinator

Status: Part time

Location: Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea

We are looking for a Room Service Coordinator who strives for excellence in a fast paced work environment. This position reports to our Room Service Management Team. Work authorization for this location is required.


Take guest in-room dining orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, coordinate deliver all orders according to Four Seasons Standards, prepare, organize, and follow through with all guest amenities.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language

  • Professional phone etiquette; able to handle multiple phone calls and tasks simultaneously

  • Must have previous guest service experience; Food and beverage knowledge preferred

  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications

This position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of guest rooms, linen storage closets and housekeeping carts.The attendants must be able to clean the entire room in a timely manner. Attendants must also check the inventory of products in each room, and replace these items as necessary. The attendant performs a considerable amount of cleaning tasks throughout the room with attention to detail that conveys the attendant has put considerable effort into the room's upkeep.The level and quality of cleaning is emphasized in our standard operating procedures and the person for this position must be able to meet those standards. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>The ideal person for this job possesses high work ethics, a great overall positive attitude. Must be courteous, friendly and professional when they encounter guest. Should be able to greet guest warmly and help them if they have any request.
