THE JOB:

As an Order Taker, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by helping our guests. By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Dispatching in room dining orders and amenity orders to servers

• Up sell and promote items

• Answer guest questions regarding Food & Beverage Menu

• Responsible for inputting order into point of sales system in a timely manner

• Responsible for closing all open checks to the appropriate account

• Excellent phone and customer service skills. Good memory, detail oriented with keen awareness of surroundings

• Good organizational and computer skills

• Responsible for expediting distribution of in room dining orders and amenities to all waiters in a timely and fair manner

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
