The Room Attendant plays an integral part in the successful operation of a resort. This position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of guest rooms, linen storage closets and housekeeping carts.The attendants must be able to clean the entire room in a timely manner. Attendants must also check the inventory of products in each room, and replace these items as necessary. The attendant performs a considerable amount of cleaning tasks throughout the room with attention to detail that conveys the attendant has put considerable effort into the room's upkeep.The level and quality of cleaning is emphasized in our standard operating procedures and the person for this position must be able to meet those standards.
The ideal person for this job possesses high work ethics, a great overall positive attitude. Must be courteous, friendly and professional when they encounter guest. Should be able to greet guest warmly and help them if they have any request. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
