Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
• Conduct in-depth product presentations to prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and estimates
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Collaborate with the roofing installation team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively promote our services

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques
• Previous experience with take-off/estimating software
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
