About the role

• We are looking to hire the best of the best in the roofing community. Joining the Maven crew roster, you will join a team committed to their craft and a passion for delivering high quality for our customers. To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication, a great work ethic and a passion for getting it right every time.

What you'll do

• Roofing Crew Responsibilities:

• Help home and business owners repair and improve their most important assets.

• Install roofing projects according to GAF manufacturer and Maven quality standards.

• Hit installation timelines while delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Maintain industry certifications

• Always leave a property better than we found it.

Qualifications

• Roofing Crew:

• 10+ years experience in installing asphalt roofs

• 10+ years experience in installing flat roofing membranes

• Reliable transportation

• Dump Trailer preferred but not required

• Valid drivers license

• Valid Workers Compensation Insurance

• Valid General Liability Insurance
