The expected starting range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00 hourly.

Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for roofing and carpentry? Look no further! We're seeking dedicated individuals to maintain and enhance Lee County's properties, including parks, jails, and administrative buildings.

Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Read blueprints and tackle complex installations and repairs.

• Frame structures using metal or wood.

• Handle demolition, drywall hanging, and finishing.

• Repair doors, windows, and hardware.

• Install and maintain ceiling grids and tiles.

• Work with concrete, cabinets, countertops, and handrails.

• Operate shop equipment and tools, including forklifts and aerial platforms.

Education, Experience, Licensing

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.

• Two years of commercial roofing, carpentry, or closely related experience.

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

• Ability to pass background checks (NCIC, fingerprinting, and standard consumer report).
