Roof Repair & Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

Type: Full Time

Level/Salary Range: $35,000 to 60,000 per year (subject to negotiation due to experience and other factors)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Actively identify and repair problem areas on a roof

• Communicate with customers on work completed

• Documenting roof conditions and submitting the gathered information to the head of the service department

• Maintaining conditions necessary for a customer to retain their warranty

Successful candidates should have:

• Ability to use a computer/tablet for data entry

• Strong listening and communication skills

• Problem solving skills; the ability to shift focus and adapt to change

• Construction or roofing experience

• Strong customer service skills

• A valid driver's license: this position requires travel to and from different jobsites throughout the day
