We are looking for an Inspector with commercial roofing experience. Local to the ATL area with minimal travel
Pay: $65-85k base with bonus + commissions

We are a full service commercial roofing contractor that not only focuses on commercial roof repair and replacement, but commercial roof asset management as well. We are experienced in installing and maintaining a wide variety of roof systems throughout North America and is an award winning applicator. Since we works with different systems and has applied millions of square feet of them to a variety of substrates and environments, you can be assured you're not getting a one-size-fits all recommendation.
Responsible for inspecting roof systems to identify roof type/system, identify components, discover deficiencies, grade performance and condition. Ensures the inspection is thorough and complete. Support the National Business Unit (National Sales) in all inspections.
Commercial Roofing experience is a requirement
What You Will Be Doing
Conduct roof inspection audits and assessments utilizing our internal Tracker roof asset management program for National Business Unit (NBU) projects
Train local units in conducting inspections and review process
Provide initial inspection with local crews to set the pace for a successful inspection
Work with NBU account managers and understand needs
Work with local units and develop working partnership
What You Need for this Position
Travel extensively to conduct inspections (10%)
Ability to extend an extension ladder and properly secure per OSHA guidelines
Ability to climb an extension ladder to access facility roofs
Must have five to eight years experience in the Commercial roofing industry with familiarity with roofing materials, repairs and condition
Computer software experience; PDF, MS Office software
Talents and Certifications:
Good organizational and social skills
Previous Roofing Sales and Estimating/Project Management experience ideal
Professional appearance and courteous with clients, owners, tenants and fellow employees.
