About the Position

Essential Functions: Embodies the CNST Core Values. Leads, manages, and is accountable for:

  • Coordination of employees into the Role Model Match placement process

  • Recruiting new employees, including (but not limited to) job postings, social media, college campus and career website as well as career fair events

  • Reviewing applications, phone screens, interviews and reference checks

  • Supervision and retention of Role Models including scheduling and ongoing needs analysis

  • Implementation of Role Model Promise with employees to include consistent performance review of daily time sheets, updated availability, communication with CNS+T and general employee behavior

  • Coordinating, running and management of ongoing employee meet-ups, training's and events

  • Consistent use of CNeT tools to include scheduling, communication notes, order creation, family/employee profile updates

  • Assist Family Placement process during peak periods, achievement of bi-weekly revenue, billing and gross margin goals and hours

  • Order fulfillment for all service lines

  • 2-3 nights of on-call work


Market + Customer Understanding: knowledge of the needs, preferences, trends and practices affecting customer and market behaviors, including childcare competition. Ability to professionally represent company's marketing messaging and brand promise of Building Stronger Families in local communities

Strategic Thinking: ability to influence others, delegate effectively, provide feedback and develop potential in others. High capability of rational risk-taking and decision-making

Business Operations Understanding: working knowledge of regulations and laws that apply to the business. Demonstrated expertise in practices and procedures of business operations

Group Development Skills:
ability to facilitate groups, manage teams, resolve conflicts and solve problems for nanny employees and family clients

Communication Skills:
ability to listen to others, provide appropriate feedback, communicate professionally to develop and maintain successful work relationships. Demonstrated ability for effective report writing and presentation skills

Minimum Knowledge/Skills and Abilities Required:

Combination of education and applicable business experience

Computer and technology proficient with demonstrated aptitude using Microsoft Office

Proven experience and skills in directing and supervising staff

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Experience with scheduling

Job Types: Full-time 32 hours or more.

VIEW JOBS 11/9/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-07T00:00 Job Description: Project (or Opportunity) Provide support to SMORS as a Model Based Systems Engineer III: * Establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules, identifying program risks and obtain solutions to include allocation of resources * Supporting requirements development and functional allocation to hardware, software, operator and other segments and components of the system * Participating in system requirements reviews and creating and/or updating requirement specifications and technical documentation * Reviewing system engineering documentation to ensure specifications meet system needs and are accurate, comprehensive, consistent and complete * Performing system modeling using MBSE tools and techniques to define system interfaces, requirements and behaviors and provide support to system design * Participating in the development of trade studies to support the selection preferred design solutions, commercial hardware or software components, and preferred course of action alternatives in project development/product delivery * Supporting the development of system integration plans, procedures and scenarios used in the conduct of software/hardware system integration testing, and performing analysis of integration results to assess system impacts * Providing review and analysis support to the test team development and conduct of formal testing * Participating in engineering peer reviews as a document originator or reviewer to ensure technical quality and engineering rigor is appropriate * Participating in project technical risk analysis and mitigation * Assisting in planning and conduct of site operator and maintainer training Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) discipline with 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience; or 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree in science, engineering or related discipline * Active Secret clearance is required for this position * Familiarity with MBSE/SysML modeling tools * Familiarity with the systems engineering lifecycle * Strong problem solving and analytical skills Proficiency with Microsoft products including Office and SharePoint * Experience with PTC Integrity Modeler * System performance modeling using Python, MatLAB, or similar tools Ready for action?
