Rodeo - Time Events Coach (202423)

Position: This person will: oversee all aspects of timed events for the rodeo team including recruitment, practice plans, strategy, and strength training.

Successful applicants should possess high quality coaching techniques including demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, a commitment to success in the classroom, and the ability to interact with the community. Associate degree preferred, rodeo coaching at the high school or college level preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

We need a positive, strategic, team building individual who can manage student athletes, plan practices, and travel, and execute effective strategy, as well as recruit strong student athletes and have a significant presence in the community. Associate degree preferred, while a combination of coaching and work experience is recommended. Applicants should have a passion for developing student athletes in and out of the arena and promote a strong foundation for future success.
