Basic Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge and ability to read instructions, service manuals, specifications, drawings etc.

• Ability in using tools (Micrometers, installation tools, and power tools)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good understanding of quality control procedures

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities:

• Read and follow instructions and established procedures.

• Collect all materials and tools needed to complete the procedure.

• Use precision tools to measure and assist in the machining and assembly of rods and pistons using power, manual tools and precision machining equipment.

• Recognize the correct orientation of complex components.

• Ensure that all rods are machined to the correct value.

• Read and set up micrometers.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

• Keep records of production measurements, quantities, and time.

• Report issues, malfunction, or defective components.

• Maintain a "Tour Ready" work environment.

• Other duties as assigned.
