The Robotics Process Automation Center of Enablement is seeking an experienced and highly self-motivated Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join our team, who will design, develop and test RPA use case solutions.
Ensure IT/Business requirements are translated into functional specifications and detailed level designs
Work across multiple applications and teams to understand requirements from Process automation perspective
Drive adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance
Constantly upgrade the Automation with evolving technology and customer requirements
Lead design, specification and selection of right RPA component, framework with due diligence, with consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
Develop RPA solutions that has reusable workflow patterns & assets potentially can be leveraged across the enterprise
Create patterns and set standards for best practices
Ensure the automation workflow is completely tested for scalability and performance
Work with our software providers for support tickets and license management

Familiarity with or design to learn RPA concepts
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Minimum 4+ years experience in object-oriented programming with C#, VB.Net, C++, Java
Previous experience with working with UiPath RPA platform or other RPA technologies is a plus
Process minded thinker, leader with excellent presentation and communication skills
Experienced with and a proponent of Agile Software Development methodology
