GENERAL SUMMARY

The primary function is to analyze current business procedures/processes within the Bank to identify areas of opportunity for automation. This position is a key liaison between technical team members who implement robotics and process automation and business staff members who perform the process work. The RPA Business Analyst must be able to independently drive the creation of "before and after" process designs and articulate business requirements to key stakeholders to complete the implementation of automation solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Translate business unit requirements and design appropriate Robotics and Process Automation ("RPA") solutions to augment or improve a business unit's process flow.

• Lead and participate on projects related to the implementation of automation steps using an RPA solution

• Identification and recommendation of appropriate RPA technology platforms best suited for requirements

• Act as a liaison between IT and business units to communicate required business capabilities and expected outcomes

• Review end-to-end business process flows, down to keystroke and click detail, to develop and implement automation

• Design and document current and future state business processes

• Analyze large and complex data sets related to business processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in CIS or Business Administration

• 3+ years' experience in business analytics; banking background preferred

• 3+ years' experience in a consulting role in one or more areas - F&A, Insurance, Banking, SCM, Client Interaction

• Skills/Ability:

• Experience in business process improvement and process reengineering

• Mastery in MS Office packages

• Independent, self-driven and highly collaborative; must have strong Visio diagram skills and creative design mentality.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Strong ability to 'think outside of the box' and provide innovative solutions

• Effective communication skills in articulating business documentation that guide technical team members' steps for implementation

• Readiness to learn new skills and share experience

• Able to effectively work thru obstacles and deliver by given deadlines.
