Robotic Process Automation Solutions Architect

The Challenge:

We have an opportunity for you to use your leadership and analytical skills to improve the health care industry. You'll work closely with your customer to understand their questions and needs, then dig into their data-rich environment to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You'll mentor teammates, develop algorithms, write scripts, build predictive analytics, use automation, apply machine learning and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn that set of disparate data points into objective answers to help make informed decisions. You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with developing automations, including the collection and assessment of business process requirements

  • Experience with building and deploying automations using software platforms, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism

  • Experience with practical application of frameworks, methodologies, and approaches to address organizational process challenges

  • Experience with Python, R, Visual Basic, C#, or other programming languages

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with applying advanced analytics

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize workload

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • BA or BS degree

Nice if You Have:

  • Experience with task leadership or project management

  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools

  • Experience with .NET Framework

  • Experience with HTML and JavaScript

  • Experience with SQL

  • Experience with Web scraping

  • Experience with Cloud services, including Amazon Web Services

  • Experience with Cognitive Analytics or Services, including IBM Watson Text Analytics, Tesseract OCR, and Google Image Recognition

  • Experience in the health market

  • Ability to work with small or cross-functional project teams

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time

  • Ability to work full time in the Washington, DC area
