Summary
Position Highlights:
The ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION ANALYST I, will be responsible for development of automation scripts (bots) designed to improve business efficiencies. This position will be assigned low to medium complexity business process and software automation development. They may also assist ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION ENGINEER or SR ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION ENGINEER with highly complex business process and software automation development. The ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION ANALYST will interact directly with business owners and build working relationships across departments.
Responsibilities:
Develop robotic process automation bots using proven robotic process automation software. Write automation scripts and workflows to execute tasks efficiently.
Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects. Work on minor enhancements and bug fixes of automations, test the changes and deploy it to production.
Discovers the business requirements through communication with business partners and technology stakeholders. Documents and maintains detailed business requirements. Partners with business, consultants, vendors and/or internal technology teams to define short and long-term automation needs, including success metrics.
Minimum Experience Required

Programming/robotic process automation development
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Project coordination experience including communication of issues and progress
Proven ability to learn new skills and technology
Ability to work closely in a team environment
Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated conflict management, organization, and time management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project, Visio, and website navigation
