We offer advice and develop innovative solutions to challenging problems that come up all around the world.The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team supports GBS by designing & building end-to-end automated processes. We are looking for an expert RPA professional to help achieve success in this critical area. This position is based in Austin, TX.
5+ years of experience with a background in the design and deployment of finance process improvement and automation initiatives

Understanding the methodology of automating business processes and the technical requirements of such a transformation

Broad technical/IT knowledge and a good understanding of how ERP platforms and databases are configured and technically set up In-depth understanding of RPA capabilities, methodology, and best-practicesBroad understanding of SAP, from both a functional and technical perspective

Strong knowledge of P2P, O2C, and R2R finance functions

Good knowledge of the Java programming language and/or JavaScript and using XML/HTMLMust have strong analytical and problem-solving skills for driving process improvement opportunities

Strong business partnering skills and ability to establish relationships with cross-functional and global partners

Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical Finance users, including excellent communication, facilitation, organizational and documentation skills

Project management experience, including ability to adapt to changing business priorities and timelines and adjust project and tasks accordingly

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while working independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment

Proven ability to perform under tight deadlines

Mac OSX experience is preferred

  • Partner with global teams to design and implement end-to-end robotic processes Review and verify the achievable level of robotization based on process overviews and workshops Advise in process identification and prioritization Design and optimize processes for RPA implementation Coordinate with RPA bot developers, vendor resources, and IS&T Identify additional system integration needs and liaise with application owners to integrate with RPA solution Build and configure robotic processes in Apple's RPA environment Ensure robotic processes are created, tested, and documented adhering to agreed design and standards Demonstrate robotic processes to key users and business partners Implement training and maintenance strategy for end-users and process owners Monitor and support robotic processes and environments Develop standard methodologies and be a key contributor to the RPA COE Communicate to key stakeholders and leadership regarding project updates, system impacts and escalations Ensure the accuracy and security of confidential information in a SOX-compliant environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM Experience with RPA technology and methodology SAP training or similar software training education. Certifications in SAP desirable
