Position Summary

As a member of the Deployment team, the Robot Associate is responsible for testing and reporting on the feature scan robot as it operates in an offsite location. This includes visiting the offsite store, starting the robot and tracking its movement through the store, and downloading/ returning the data to Brain Corp offices.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Travel to, unpack, and turn on robot at site. Train and manage the robot through the PoC, which may last from 2-6 months

  • Follow robot actions making notes of anything out of the ordinary

  • Download data from the days routes and return to Brain Corporation offices

  • Interface with site managers during pilots and demonstrations

  • Work in our testing warehouse, and with development engineers in addition to outside locations as needed

  • Local travel up to 50%

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • Valid Driver's license

  • Basic knowledge of electronics and computers
