Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Division Director is to maintain a consistent above average PDA, provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to the staffing professionals whom he/she supervises, participate in the recruitment of new hires, and effectively communicate with all levels within the organization.

  • Total Headcount: up to 4 including division director.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years staffing and/or management or equivalent experience required.

  • Proven performance in staffing professional role.

  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office, databases and other technology systems.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferred

VIEW JOBS 12/19/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-19T00:00 The Clinical Associate Director of Services (ADOS) is responsible for ensuring that state regulations and TLC policies are being followed. The Clinical Associate Director of Services is responsible to work in tandem with the (operational) ADOSs and PMs in the creation of Assessments, Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and Quarterly reviews for each individual in their care. The (clinical) ADOS will create and implement methods of collecting data to write these documents. The (clinical) ADOS is then to make sure that all staff receive and review the information needed in these documents so they are able to work with the individuals in their care. The (clinical) ADOS will be knowledgeable and disseminate new information regarding ISPs, Assessments, and Quarterly Reviews to other ADOSs, the Director of Services and Executive Director as necessary. The Associate Director of Services is also responsible for training and implementing policies in the organization. This may include medication training, CPI training, or other trainings that need to be taught on a regular basis or as needed by the discretion of management or at the request of TLC employees. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: TLC is developing a new program that specializes in working with adults diagnosed with autism and IDD. BCBA preferred or must have a masters degree in psychology or special education and be willing to work on BCBA credential. Other related human services graduate degrees will be considered if the candidate will work on BCBA credential. Supervision will be provided. Strong operational and clinical background. Managment and mental health experience a must. AGE: Eighteen years of age or older. ABILITY TO DRIVE: Valid PA driver's license. CLEARANCES: Act 13 and 33 clearances.
