SUMMARY

The incumbent will be responsible for working with Vendor websites and portals to download key reports daily to support the Maintenance Communication system group as well as help support different projects the team has in motion. The position will require reconciling & processing vendor invoices, auditing exception lists generated from the daily reporting (Adds/Removes

  • Trucks and Trailers), Create PO's/WOs & Charges out Comm. System SNs and parts on New Equipment as well as various other duties needed within the group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Daily Communication System Reporting via scheduled reports and Access database (PeopleNet/Skybitz/Safety Direct/I Bright/Orbcomm/FleetLink). Daily maintenance and auditing to all exception lists generated from the daily reporting (Adds/Removes

  • Trucks and Trailers). Invoicing and KPI's for all Outsource Jobs (Tracking Unit Repairs/Replacements/Installations & OBC/PPLNET Labor Repairs & Replacements). Creates PO's/WOs & Charges out Comm. System SNs and parts on New Equipment PeopleNet New Truck/Conversion Truck Admin Settings Adds job pending to all IM Tickets passed to Maintenance by the PeopleNet 1st Line Help group; Resolves tickets once AM emailed Daily/Weekly/Monthly Forecast Reporting, Auditing and Reconciliation Builds Department Process Manuals and Training Documents; Consults with ST to streamline processes for efficiency and faster reporting Maintains Weekly Vendor Discussion Action Items; Coordinates with Vendors to combine updates, prior to call each week Cross Trains to support Tractor MOC when Out of Office

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and 7 to 11 months management experience.

The Clinical Coordinator/RN acts as a clinical resource for clinic staff and as a community liaison for children enrolled in the program and may temporarily assume the duties of the Clinic Director when designated. Responsibilities Provides direct nursing care to children enrolled at Kids First clinics: Implements the nursing process to manage patient care problems of a complex and changing nature as demonstrated by documentation and observation. Assumes accountability and responsibility for all aspects of care for assigned group of patients, with respect for developmental level and age-specific issues. Administers medications, treatments, and performs procedures according to UAMS and Kids First policies. Evaluates children to identify signs of illness or injury and intervenes appropriately. Documents growth, nutrition, and health data, and evaluates for trends. Coordinates and completes nursing intake/ health assessment history and ongoing nursing assessments to monitor progress at established intervals. Maintains current and accurate records and ensures confidentiality. Demonstrates objective and family centered communication in documentation. Works to ensure coordination of care with other providers: Actively works with referral sources to coordinate care and communicate progress. Collaborates with Medical Director, Director of Nursing, Registered Dietitian, Primary Care Physicians, Subspecialty Providers, UAMS resources and others to inform, implement, and revise plan of care as needed. . Actively participates in the Kids First interprofessional team: Develops and maintains close working relationships with clinic Director, Medical Director, Director of Nursing, and other clinic team members. Encourages families to take an active role in supporting their child's development using principles of Family Centered Care. Engages families as part of the treatment team. Models positive communication. Other duties (oral and written) as assigned by supervisor, director and/or other Kids First leadership. May temporarily assume the duties of the Clinic Director in their absence. Integrates and shares knowledge related to clinical nursing practice: Supports the academic model of Kids First by participating in the training of students. Teaching/learning needs of patients and families are identified, addressed, and documented. Provides learning activities, including CPR classes, and acts as a resource for staff in the areas of health, safety, and infection control. Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and experience to meet professional goals. Customer Service: Interacts with and assists the public in a professional and friendly manner as needed.
