RN-Staff Developer

John Knox Village is looking for an experienced and self-motivated RN for a Full Time Staff Developer position, M-F 8:00am-4:30pm. This diverse position involves educating, training and coaching all employees of our Home Health Department to implement the best care practices available to the residents and elders of John Knox Village.

As the Staff Developer, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide onboarding, training and education to all new staff members.

  • Interview, Hire, Fire and Coach Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides in the Home Health Department

  • Prepare and deliver annual employee evaluations in collaboration with others

  • Prepare and train employees to provide the best possible care to the residents and elders of John Knox Village

We are looking to speak to someone who has a Bachelor's degree in nursing, as well as an unrestricted Florida state RN license. 2+ years of clinical experience as well as 2+ years of experience in an educational or training role is preferred. Familiarity with Home Health state regulations. This position will be an exceptional opportunity for an organized and self-motivated leader.
