Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN/LPN to join our nursing team in a skilled nursing facility located in Lima, OH. The ideal candidate will have a State of Ohio RN or LPN active license and experience in LTC is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and document resident's vital signs and medical history

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Maintain accurate and complete medical records

Requirements:

• State of Ohio RN or LPN active license

• Experience in LTC is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
