Job Description:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Wound Care Nurse to join our team. The Home Wound Care Nurse will be responsible for providing specialized wound care services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wound care management and will be able to provide expert care and support to our clients.

Compensation: Weekly Pay ($50-$70 per Visit)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive wound assessments in clients' homes

• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans based on assessment findings

• Provide wound care treatments, including dressing changes, wound cleaning, and infection management

• Monitor wound healing progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Educate clients and their families on proper wound care techniques and prevention strategies

• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and holistic care

Requirements:

• Valid RN/LPN license in the state of Missouri

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care management

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes
