Responsibilities Supervise, coach and develop the nursing staff to improve their performance Communicate effectively with physicians, families and our pharmacy Meets nursing operational standards by contributing information to reviews, implementing production and customer-service standards, and resolving problems Completes resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff; following up on work results. Establishes a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families/friends Resolves resident needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
