THE POSITION The

#Unit Supervisor is responsible#for#the direct provision of patient care and#for#assisting the nurse#manager and assistant nurse manager#with#daily operations, including, but not limited to, coordination of patient care/outcomes, allocation of#human#and fiscal resources, communications, patient throughput, patient rounding, physician rounding, retention of staff, providing feedback to management team regarding performance evaluations, performance improvement activities, service recovery and compliance#with#regulatory agency requirements.#Must maintain RN licensure within good standing with the NC Board of Nursing and maintain/obtain all required certifications.
