Our client provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.We are seeking several Registered Nurses with some management experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facilities.The position will support a 4-star 100 bed, fast-paced skilled nursing facility with short-term rehab and long-term care.

Unit Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function.

  • Conduct the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure.

  • Coordinates resource utilization, timely and appropriate care interventions, and interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction, adherence to center's clinical systems and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:RN in the state of PABachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
At least 1-3 years of nurse management experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility

Staff RNs are a central part of a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians. You will work with your head, heart and hands each day. * Schedule. Shifts are typically 6 hours, 3 days per week in the early morning Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
