Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, including licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Conduct rounds to monitor resident care and address any issues or concerns promptly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with facility policies and procedures. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans.
