Supervises employees in Southern Oregon and Bend to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care to patients in their home and ambulatory infusion settings. Determines staffing needs and is responsible for meeting department productivity standards.

Participates in development of department policies and procedures, processes quality management plan and then implements and administers for compliance. Participates in business development and community outreach. Requires occasional travel to other infusion sites. Upholds the standards of confidentiality, attendance and punctuality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License

  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License - if working in this location

  • Upon hire: Idaho Registered Nurse License - if working in this location

  • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role.

    Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

  • Upon hire: In compliance with the Providence Health & Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties. In compliance with Washington State patrol Identification and Criminal History.

  • 2 years Relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

  • Supervisory or Home Care experience
