RN Supervisor

Job Description Job Description In need of an RN Supervisor for a personal care agency. Hours are flexible.

Duties include but not limited to: Supervise personal care workers RN supervisors assign tasks to personal care workers (PCWs) and ensure they are trained. They also review the PCW's daily records.

Assess members RN supervisors assess members' social and physical environments, functional levels, and cultural factors. Develop care plans RN supervisors develop written care plans for members and review them regularly. Communicate with clients and referral sources RN supervisors maintain communication between the agency and the clients it serves.
