RN Shift Supervisor Transfer Center Full Time Nights 7Pm-7Am

Up to $15,000 sign on bonus available

Summary

This position is part of the departmental leadership team that provides supervision on a shift basis including: functions as a patient flow coordinator, facilitating admissions, transfers. Coordinator and serves as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for the staff; provides supervisory input into department staff evaluations and performance reviews.

Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Education

Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Nursing or related field

Experience

Required: 1 year of experience preferably in a Transfer Center or House Supervisor Role

Preferred: At least 4 years of RN experience

Required Certification/Licensure/Registration:

Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
