The Shift Manager Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of services and resources during the evening, night and weekend shifts to include staffing, unusual situations, disaster scenarios, and supervision and directions on all clinical and administrative issues that must be resolved or initiated during the shift. Maintains structures and processes that ensure patient centered care and supports the development of staff through mentoring and stewardship.

Graduation from accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure in state of Florida
Minimum of 5 years current acute care clinical experience. Intensive care unit experience preferred.
BSN required or matriculation to be completed within 3 years of hire; MSN preferred
2 -3 years progressive management experience as head nurse, clinical manager and/or prior supervisory experience in acute care setting.
BLS and ACLS required
Knowledge of human resource management, program development, and familiarity with regulatory and accrediting agency standards preferred
