RN Senior Charge

Minimum Education: Associates Degree from accredited School of Nursing Preferred Education:

BSN Degree Required License/Registration: Current and unencumbered WV RN License BLS Certification ACLS, PALS Certification within 1 year Minimum Experience: Minimum of three years of clinical experience in a hospital setting Experience with computerized clinical information systems.#Assists the Clinical Director in the improvement of clinical outcomes in the ICU Department. Coordinates performance improvement activities and audits, regulatory compliance, customer service initiatives to increase patient satisfaction and meet DHS Goals of Quality/Safety, Sustainability, Employee Engagement and a positive Patient Experience.
