BAYADA Senior Living, a specialty program of BAYADA Home Health Care, is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, RN, for a per-diem opportunity performing home health visits in senior living communities out of our Triad Senior Living office. The position is for a RN to cover territory throughout Guilford County. One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required.

BAYADA Senior Living offers a comprehensive continuum of care to its clients, including traditional home care under the Medicare Part A benefit. The foundation of the program is exceptional clinical care and relationship management as BAYADA clinicians become a true healthcare partner in the senior living communities. Communities include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities. Experience in senior living communities preferred but not required.

  • Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

  • Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.

  • Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.

  • Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.

  • Performing client assessments as necessary.

  • Case management and coordination.

  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.

  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.

  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

The Clinical Advisor is expected to monitor these, and to demonstrate for both existing and prospective clients how the Accordant workflows, clinical outcomes and case stories support the value proposition. He/she actively works to identify and cultivate case stories that uniquely illustrate program impact. The Clinical Advisor will work with the appropriate clinical operations leadership in the development and implementation of necessary workflows. Once established those workflows are transitioned to clinical operations. The Clinical Advisor works with the Medical Director in partnering with payer-aligned operations teams, Quality, Education, and the First Contact and Content Development teams to create robust feedback loops and an environment that optimizes clinical execution for assigned payers. He/she should collaborate with the broader clinical team to offer innovative solutions. The Clinical Advisor develops complementary relationships with the Account and Sales team to understand client request and requirements and maximize clinical outcomes. The Clinical Advisor will travel 25-30% of their time depending on client assignment. Required Qualifications The Clinical Advisor must have an unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse and a Bachelor's degree in a health related field.
