RN (Registered Nurse)- Part Time

If you are caring, kind, respectful, and have a servant's heart and spirit- apply with us today Benefits of a Registered Nurse (RN): • Ability to be paid early • Shift Differential • An alternate wage scale is available for those who choose to waive benefits • Continuing Education Opportunities • Tuition and Student Loan reimbursement • (Full-time) Health, Dental, and Vision insurance • Flexible PTO • 401k Match • Wellness Reimbursement • Employee Assistance Program • And much more What you'll do as a Registered Nurse (RN): • Effectively communicates resident needs with physicians and immediate supervisor • Completes resident assessments as required; supervises LPN in data gathering of information • Maintains awareness of the condition of all residents under their care • Accurately administers all medications, treatments, and physician orders; taking ultimate responsibility for resident care • Confers with the Director of Nursing on an ongoing basis with special problems of care, resident transfers, management of workload, etc. • Coordinates preparation and planning of resident admission; giving proper recognition to the real and potential contribution of family and others in planning nursing care • Provides for emotional and physical comfort and safety of residents, and emotional support to families • Supervises, assists, consults with and teaches certified nursing assistants What you'll need as a Registered Nurse (RN): • Graduate of a state board-approved school • Currently licensed in Iowa • Current in CPR certification or willing to achieve it • This is an hourly position, which means you must be able and willing to work weekends and holidays as required/needed • Exceptional attendance • While submitting your application you will have the opportunity to indicate if you are interested in a specific building, location, shift, and hours per week.
