Identifying sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition Responding to medical emergencies for critical patients Coordinates and documents appropriate discharge planning and referrals to ensure continuity of care after discharge High emotional intelligence to create a positive patient care experience that includes simplifying medical terminology and concepts to the patient Professional accountability and development Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
