We are in search of RN with a strong Neuro background showing progression in their career by taking on leadership responsibilities preparing for a move into a Manager role. This is a job and location that offers wonderful work/life opportunities. Our client is located in Sonoma County in the heart of wine country.

To be considered, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Graduate of accredited School of Nursing, BSN required
  • At least two (2) years recent clinical experience in Neuro
  • Current CA RN license required
  • BLS Required.

Preferred Position Qualifications:

  • Specialty certificate in Neuro
  • Two years of management experience preferred in Neuro
  • Five years of clinical experience preferred in Neuro

The hired candidate will have great leadership support.

This position oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling. Role models proactive , collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Develops programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patients nursing care needs are assessed, evaluated and met.

Our client is offering Relocation, Sign- On Bonus and a full comprehensive benefits package. Salary is based on years of experience, education and STARTS at $120,000 and goes up quite considerably from here.
