We Are Hiring:

We are offering $2500 Sign on bonus for an external candidate with nursing experience.

In house float pool - you will be mainly floated to med surg, tele and otho units but sometime assistance in ER, ICU and Behavioral Health will be needed.

Part Time DAY RN; FLOAT; 2;12 hr shift; 7:00 p - 7:30 a; rotating weekends and holidays

What You Will Do:

As an RN- Registred Nurse you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients. You will support the team in every aspect of patient care and play a significant role in our patient's experience within our FLOAT department.

Provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare environment in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.

  • Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.

  • Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

  • Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
