Weekly Pay Range - $2310 To $2566 Job Title: Registered Nurse

• Other Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour evenings and nights (varied mid/night shifts: 1-1, 3-3, 7p-7a); Every other weekend Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 3 years required License: RN Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU, ED, or transfer center- Acute care experience- Critical care assessment skills- Good clinical judgment- Ability to follow algorithms- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills- Quick learner with multitasking ability- Strong computer skills, experienced with Cerner or EPIC Job Description: - Facilitate patient transfers from various hospitals.- Conduct patient assessments and gather clinical information.- Identify and secure accepting physicians and specialist doctors.- Request bed placement within appropriate facilities.- Utilize multiple computer applications, including Cerner, TeleTracking, Tiger Connect, and Google apps.- Work in collaboration with supervisors and leadership teams.- Wear scrubs or casual attire that is clean and professional.- Participate in 1 day of general hospital orientation and 3-5 days of department-specific training.

• Handle scheduling flexibility to include potential holiday needs.This role involves zero direct patient care but requires acute attention to detail and coordination skills to ensure efficient and effective patient transfers within the healthcare system.
